Sweetwater Pool Management provides the entire turn key management approach to commercial
pool management. We hire over 400 lifeguards each summer to work single guarded
facilities to fully staffed swim clubs and small water parks. In order to provide
superior customer service Sweetwater is divided into three divisions that serve
specific geographic areas. This allows us to respond quickly and efficiently to
any needs you might have and offer stronger support to our employees. Each division
