We are very selective in our hiring process. Each lifeguard must come in for a personal
interview to demonstrate that they have the skills needed to succeed within our
company.
Once hired, all lifeguards must complete the Red Cross lifeguarding course
and attend in-service training sessions at their assigned pool. Sweetwater uses
a custom designed software program to schedule and manage all employees. Our lifeguards
are able to log in 24hrs a day to view their schedule, pool parties, and request
time off. This system also verifies when a lifeguard clocks in or out and alerts
the office via phone and email if the assigned guard has not clocked in.
