Marc has over 14 years of experience in the pool management industry. His extensive expertise ranks at the top in the business. Marc has done everything there is to do when it comes to the pool business; swim team coach, lifeguard, pool manager, repairs and renovations, and general manager. Marc has helped build and manage two multi-million dollar pool management companies in the Atlanta area. On the rare occasion that Marc isn’t at the office, he is probably watching 24 or Lost with a baby in one arm and emailing on his Blackberry with the other. Don’t let him fool you, though, because while he is a hard worker, he will always make time to root for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets in football. Marc is married with three kids; Kathryn, Matthew, and the newest addition to the Wise family, Connor.

Marc’s brother, Michael, became a lifeguard in the summer of 1996. Little did he know, his lifeguarding would turn into a career. Michael has over ten years of experience ranging from guarding to staffing to general management. He handles all day-to-day operations for Sweetwater Pool Management. Michael graduated from the University of Georgia in 2002 with a degree in Management. Michael is a huge sports fan and enjoys attending baseball and hockey games in his spare time. He also enjoys playing on recreational slow pitch softball and roller hockey teams.

Tracy Anderson |
Tracy Anderson - Vice President (Sweetwater North)

Tracy began working for Sweetwater in early 2006 and is now the Vice President of Sweetwater- North. She has over 10 years of experience in the pool management industry. Tracy was a collegiate athlete for the Colorado State varsity swim team. She graduated with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has been around pools all her life as a swimmer, lifeguard, instructor, coach and pool manager. Tracy’s favorite time of the year is winter. She is an avid telemark skier and enjoys taking trips out west with her husband to ski and snowboard. Tracy stays busy in the off season coaching swimming for a local high school and raising/training puppies for the Guide Dog Foundation.

Jason Wahl - Vice president (Sweetwater South)

Jason joined the Sweetwater family in August of 2004 as a general manager before starting a new division of Sweetwater in 2005. He now manages the daily operations of Sweetwater – South. Jason was a general manager for a local major franchise company, before settling in at Sweetwater. Jason is married with two adorable sons, Grayson and Rylan. In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, and playing on a recreational slow pitch softball team.

Christy Wahl |
Christy Wahl - HR Director

Christy has performed many roles for Sweetwater before settling in full time as the Human Resource Director in April of 2008. Her duties as HR Director include hiring lifeguards, managing schedules, organizing pool parties, among many other responsibilities that may arise. Christy graduated from Indiana University in 2007 with a degree in Telecommunications. While attending the University for an Undergraduate Degree, Christy was also a member of the Hoosier fast pitch softball team for four years. In her spare time she continues her love of softball by playing two nights a week on a recreational slow pitch team. Christy is the proud aunt of four, one niece and three nephews, and enjoys spending time with family as much as possible. She also enjoys going to dinner with friends, watching TV, and traveling to the beach or mountains whenever she gets a chance.

Katie Miller - Office Manager

Katie graduated from Berry College in 2002 and has been working with Sweetwater since October 2003. Along with her responsibilities as the office manager, she handles accounting and payroll for Sweetwater. Katie recently got married and lives with her husband in Decatur. In her spare time, Katie enjoys reading, watching movies, and traveling with her husband.

Philip Clark |
Philip Clark - Regional Director

Philip joined the Sweetwater crew in May of 2007 as an onsite supervisor. He is now regional director for Sweetwater – North. In his spare time, Philip enjoys playing sports, mainly slow pitch softball. Philip enjoys watching action movies, especially the Borne series. His favorite teams are the Braves and Georgia.

Joey Bryan - Regional Director

Joey is finishing up his first year at Sweetwater. He came on as Pool Manager for one of our larger pools and now has taken the role of Regional Director where he will be helping Brian with the day to day operations of Sweetwater Central. Joey is a highly motivated and energetic person, who’s personality keeps us all on our toes. Joey graduated from Clemson University with a Financial Management Major and enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, family, and friends. His hobbies include his love for travel, golf, and the outdoors. He is thrilled to be alive.

Brian Weston |
Brian Weston - General Manager- Central

Brian Weston, graduated from Tucker High School in 1996. Brian loves his beautiful family, wife Lyndsey and son Jackson and soon to be daughter Shelby. Brian’s favorite place in the world is Disney World, where he shared his honeymoon with Lyndsey. Brian is the General Manager of Sweetwater Central where he can be found taking care of all things dealing with pools. On Saturdays, Brian can be found cheering for Auburn, while working on his Mustang. Brian is known to be quite the avid car guy, and it may even be said he bleeds Ford Blue on occasion.
