At Sweetwater Pools, we take pride in our employees, and are determined to invest in their futures. We believe that education is important, and we enjoy watching our lifeguards excel in the classroom.
That’s why we offer a scholarship program for our employees. Each division of Sweetwater comes together to offer three scholarships to our lifeguards. Recipients will be selected on the basis of exceptional work ethic, motivation, leadership potential, extracurricular activities, and academic excellence. These scholarship decisions are made without regard to financial need.
