We are willing to train successful applicants on all aspects of our operations. Therefore, employees with a desire to learn the trade are encouraged to apply. Because of the nature of our industry, Sweetwater Pool Management maintains a schedule 7 days a week. Successful applicants may work on any 5-day shift during the 7 day work week and may not have the same days off from week to week or consecutive days off. However because we believe in our employees and recognize that a healthy personal life leads to a healthy and productive employee, we will make all attempts to accommodate individual schedules.
