How Do I Schedule a Pool Party?
Click the Pool Party Form on the website and fill in all the necessary information. Please submit your Pool Party Form no later than one week from the date of your pool party, with full payment being made a week in advance.
Will Someone Contact Me to Confirm?
Yes, your Pool Party Form will be submitted to the Staffing Director by email. A member of our HR staff will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the date and time of your party.
How Do I Handle Payment?
You have two different options for payment:
- 1) Mail a check to the Sweetwater office (address can be found on the home page);
- 2) Pay by credit card over the phone. Sweetwater Pools accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.
Please do not give your payment to the lifeguard at the party, as all payment must be submitted directly to our office.
How Many Lifeguards Will I Need for My Party?

Do I Need a Lifeguard if My Party Consists of Current Members or Residents?
Yes, all parties of 12 or more people must be registered.
