Meet the Staff: 

Marc Wise - President : EMAIL
Marc has over 14 years of experience in the pool management industry.  His extensive expertise ranks at the top in the business.  Marc has worked throughout the industry over the years as a swim team coach, lifeguard, pool manager, repairs/ and renovations, and general manager.  Marc has helped build and manage two multi-million dollar pool management companies in the Atlanta area.

Michael Wise - Vice President : EMAIL
Marc’s brother, Michael, was introduced to the industry in the summer of 1996.  Michael has over ten years of experience ranging from guarding to staffing to general management.  As a 2002 graduate from the University of Georgia, Michael handles all day-to-day operations for Sweetwater Pool Management.

Tracy Laboa - Vice President (North) : EMAIL
Tracy started working for Sweetwater in early 2006, and is now the Vice President of Sweetwater - North.  She has an extensive background in swimming and pool management.  As a swimmer in college, she also coaches in the Atlanta area.

Jason Wahl - Vice President (South) : EMAIL
Joining the management team in August of 2004, Jason manages the daily operations of Sweetwater Pool Management - South.  Before working at Sweetwater, Jason was a general manager for a local major franchise company.

Bill Flora - General Manager : EMAIL
Bill is entering his first season as General Manager with Sweetwater Pool Management.  With over 30 years of experience in the pool management industry, Bill will be a vital asset to our organization. 

Candice deBoer - Human Resources Director : EMAIL
Candice is a graduate of East Carolina.  In addition to her Master's degree in exercise science, she has extensive experience in the aquatics industry working as a beach lifeguard for several years.  Candice will oversee the staffing department for Sweetwater. 

Katie Ledbetter - Office Manager : EMAIL
Katie has been working with Sweetwater since October 2003.  Along with her responsibilities as the office manager, she handles accounting for Sweetwater.  Katie is a graduate of Berry College and plays a vital role in the operations of the company. 

Alex Ward - Field Supervisor/HR Assistant : EMAIL
Alex started working with Sweetwater as a lifeguard in 2004.  After a couple of summers as a pool manager, Alex worked as a supervisor last summer.  This season, Alex will work as field supervisor and assistant in our human resources department.
