Sweetwater Pools employs a rigorous hiring process for hiring lifeguards for our commercial services. Our highly selective interviews, courses, and training schedules produce upstanding, responsible and highly certified lifeguards. Once hired, all lifeguards are required to complete our intensive training program that teaches our lifeguards the very latest safety procedures.

Each lifeguard is also required to attend special in-service training sessions at their assigned pool, meaning that they’ll be intimately familiar with how your commercial pool management works. It’s an additional touch that lets our commercial clients know that we truly appreciate the uniqueness of their pool.
