Some Homeowner Assoication's or Country Club's policies require approval of all pool parties before Sweetwater can confirm and staff the party. Please check with your Homeowner Assoication's or Country Club's regarding this policy before submitting a pool party request.

The following scale will be used to determine the number of lifeguards required for an event

Note:

During the months of May, August and September, while school is in session, Sweetwater Pools cannot guarantee being able to staff all pool parties. Pool parties will be scheduled based on lifeguard availability.
Parties with fewer than 12 guests may not require additional lifeguards.
One additional lifeguard may be required for any teenage party, college age party, or for any party involving alcohol.
Customer agrees to provide one (1) adult chaperone for every ten (10) people at a teenage or college age party.
Sweetwater will not provide lifeguards past 12:00 am (midnight).
Lifeguards will call Safety Break during the party at the normally scheduled time set forth in the pool rules.
For parties or special events, the Customer is not required to use Company guards; however, Customer assumes full responsibility and liability for the pool in the event any individuals are within the pool area when the Company lifeguards are not scheduled to work. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Company harmless for any and all claims for damages or injuries, or both, arising from the use of the pool during hours other than those specified in this contract unless Company's lifeguards have been scheduled according to the policies set forth herein.

Credit card payment must be received at the time of party booking. The party will not be scheduled until payment has been received in full. There is a $35 Non-Refundable Processing Fee that is charged at the time of booking the event.
All payments should be submitted to the Sweetwater office only. Lifeguards cannot accept payment.

Pool parties must be booked at least 7 business days prior to the event in order to be adequately scheduled and staffed with lifeguards. Pool parties submitted less than 7 business days in advance will be charged a “Rush” fee of $50 to offset the cost related to last minute scheduling if we are able to staff the event. We cannot guarantee that we can schedule a party submitted less than 7 business days in advance.

In the event that the pool party extends beyond the original scheduled time, the customer agrees to pay additional charges to cover the lifeguard(s) pay. In addition, customer may be charged a $25.00 clean up fee if the pool and surrounding facilities are left in poor condition.
